WINSLOW, AZ – Three people died in a single-vehicle collision on I-40 near Little Colorado River on Wednesday, according to CBS 5.
A woman was driving a vehicle occupied by eight people when she strayed off the road into the median and overcorrected before rolling over multiple times around 7:30 a.m.
A 4-month-old baby, a man in his 50s, and a teenage boy were ejected from the vehicle and died in the crash.
Rescue crews transported the other five people to an area hospital in critical condition.
Authorities are looking into whether or not the driver was impaired.
