WILCOX, AZ – According to AZ Family, three people lost their lives in a rollover crash on I-10 near mile marker 357 Sunday.
Troopers spotted a vehicle with a stolen license plate around 10:40 a.m. They began pursuing the vehicle when the driver refused to stop.
Troopers used spike strips to stop the vehicle. The driver then lost control of the vehicle and it flipped over.
Emergency crews pronounced three of the ten passengers dead at the scene of the accident and transported six people to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities believe the passenger were undocumented migrants.
