News: 2-vehicle crash kills motorcyclist in north Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – A female motorcyclist died Thursday morning after colliding with another vehicle at a busy intersection in north Phoenix, reports Arizona’s Family 3TV.

The incident happened around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of North 21st Street and Bell Road, which is just south of Grover’s Basin Park B.

It’s unclear how the crash happened, but police say medics transported a female motorcyclist to the hospital. She later died from injuries sustained in the accident.

The other driver cooperated with authorities at the scene. It is unclear if they were hurt in the crash.

A full investigation is underway.
