News: 2 injured, car overturns after two-vehicle collision in Tempe 

TEMPE, AZ – At least two people were injured, and one car rolled over following a two-vehicle collision that happened west of AZU’s Tempe campus Wednesday.

12News said the crash took place on eastbound Loop 202 along Priest Drive and warranted a response from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. EMS crews were also summoned to the scene. After arriving, ambulance personnel transported the two injured individuals to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Troopers and transportation workers stayed behind at the crash site and shut down some eastbound lanes for the clean-up process and investigation.
