News: 2 dead following 3-vehicle crash near Palm Valley

GOODYEAR, AZ – Two people are dead following a three-vehicle collision caused by an allegedly impaired driver near N 155th Ave and W Indian School Rd on Sunday, according to 12 News.

Andrew Lugo was allegedly intoxicated when he caused a crash that took the lives of Brian Rose, 43, and Douglas Shippy, 58.

Rescue crews transported three people to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Authorities charged Lugo with endangerment, aggravated DUI with a passenger under 15, extreme DUI, Manslaughter, extreme DUI, and exhibition of speed.
