PHOENIX, AZ – Two people died, and one person was hurt in a wrong-way collision on I-17 NB near Adams St on Thursday, according to 12 News.
A woman was driving in the wrong lane when she slammed into another car around 2 a.m. The wrong-way driver died in the collision.
A man and a woman were in the vehicle that was struck. First responders transported them to an area hospital, where one of them died.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
