PHOENIX, AZ – A woman died, and a man went to the hospital after four vehicles collided at an intersection in northwest Phoenix on Monday night, reports Fox 10 Phoenix.
Police say the incident happened around 7:15 p.m. near the intersection of North 45th Avenue and Thomas Road, which is just west of Arrowhead Plaza.
Authorities have not shared many details regarding the crash but have said that a passenger from one of the four vehicles died at the scene of the accident. They have not yet released her identity.
A man sustained non-critical injuries in the collision. The exact nature of his injuries is unclear at this time.
