GLENDALE, AZ – One person was killed and another hospitalized following a collision south of the Apollo Animal Hospital on Friday.
The crash occurred before 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of North 51st Avenue and West Peoria Avenue, according to ABC15.
Police said the surviving occupant is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police closed both directions of the intersection for several hours.
No lane closures were announced at this time.
Officials did not list the number of vehicles involved and are actively working to determine the exact cause of the collision.
