AVONDALE, TX – One person was hospitalized after a semi-truck overturned and spilled mangos onto an Interstate 10 ramp connecting to Avondale Boulevard on Wednesday.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety told AZ Family that the truck driver may not have been paying attention to the road, leading them to lose control of the truck, prior to it overturning.
DPS and EMS pulled up to the scene at 2:30 a.m. After arriving, an ambulance transported the truck driver to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Transportation crews took several hours to clean up the spilled mangos.
