TEMPE, AZ – According to 12 News, a driver lost their life following a multi-vehicle collision on the Red Mountain Fwy WB on Sunday.
A white sedan rear-ended a gray Honda SUV around 3 a.m. A gray Audi sedan then hit the Honda. A gray Ford sedan struck the Audi, the SUV and two people from the previous collisions outside their vehicles.
First responders pronounced one of the drivers, Rachel Marie Moss, 55, dead at the scene.
It is unclear if anyone else was hurt in the collision.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
