PHOENIX, AZ – A vehicle collision occurred around 10:25 am Tuesday on the southbound lanes of I-17 in Phoenix.
According to Total Traffic Phoenix, the right lane was blocked. Traffic delays come to 16th Street, Exit 195, and all the way to 19th Ave and Durango Street, Exit 197. Drivers may expect further delays.
