PHOENIX, AZ – The Arizona Department of Transportation shut down Loop 202 near I-10 on Friday due to a cement truck rollover crash.
Law enforcement told Fox10Phoenix that the truck driver was speeding and experienced a tire failure, which led the truck to flip over on its side and spill diesel and wet cement onto the road.
Officials cited the truck driver. No injuries have been reported at this time.
