NEAR SACATON, AZ – At least one person was seriously hurt in a two-vehicle crash that happened on I-10 West Wednesday.
The events unraveled after the motorcycle collided with another vehicle at milepost 175, according to KTAR. After arriving, the Arizona Department of Transportation closed the eastbound lanes starting at mile marker 185 to clean up the debris from the crash and remove the impacted vehicles.
During the closures, drivers were asked to use State Route 187 and 387. The eastbound lanes continued to remain open. Authorities have not specified the contributing factors behind the collision or confirmed which occupant was seriously hurt or taken to a hospital.
