Maren Tobler Hanson

Maren Tobler Hanson – Attorney

Maren Hanson grew up in Tempe, Arizona and loves the Arizona desert. Maren briefly left the desert to attend Stanford University for a degree in economics and then to pursue a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Brigham Young University. Since 2001, Maren has practiced personal injury law as the lead litigation attorney at Tobler Law, PC. Maren has litigated catastrophic injury cases involving bike, ATV, auto, truck, and plane crashes. Maren has also litigated cases involving devastating injury from defective products and medical malpractice. Maren has served as the Chairperson of the Personal Injury and Negligence section of the Maricopa County Bar Association; on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association for Justice; and on the Board of Governors of the American Association of Justice. What Maren most enjoys about her practice is finding justice for her clients while making the world a little safer, one case at a time, for her own two daughters.

Nathan Tobler

Nathan Tobler – Attorney

Spanish Speaking
After receiving his degree in communications from Brigham Young University in 2003, Nathan spent several years in Los Angeles working in advertising and entertainment. However, Nathan soon returned to his home state to attend law school at Arizona State University. While attending law school Nathan served as an editor on the school’s law journal, worked as an extern for the Arizona Court of Appeals, and participated as a student member of the Horace Rumpole Inn of Court. Nathan now specializes in accident injury cases.

Susan Almquist

Susan Almquist – Paralegal

Susan is from Louisiana where she attended Southeastern Louisiana University. She has worked as paralegal specializing in personal injury for more than thirty years, first in California and then in Arizona. Susan’s focus is in pre-litigation, preparing the best case for her clients to achieve an early, equitable solution whenever possible. She enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, and trail running. She and her husband enjoy running marathons and have combined their love of travel with running marathons in different states. She enjoys leisure time at home with her family, their Golden Retriever “Jazzy” and Yellow Lab “Poppy.”

Colleen Webb – Paralegal

Colleen was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada. Arizona has been her home for the past 8 years. She attended the University of Victoria. Colleen received her Paralegal Certificate in 2000 and has over 15 year’s litigation experience with a passion for plaintiff personal injury. She is devoted to building quality relationships with her clients and assisting them in furtherance of their claims. Colleen enjoys tennis, golf and the Arizona sunshine. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful children that keep her busy with various sports and outdoor activities.

Georgina Mollna – Paralegal

Georgina has 5 years of experience in personal injury law. Her prior experience includes pre-litigation, litigation, estate planning, and business law, with a past history of over 15 years in the medical field. Georgina has a 21 year old daughter attending ASU and a 17 year old daughter who is a senior this year and very involved with sports. In her spare time, she is involved with her daughter’s sports and academics and loves to watch all kids of sports. Gina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to movies and just relaxing when she can.

Carol Harris – Office Manager

Carol comes to us via UPS where she spent 7 years honing her detail and organizational skills. She has 25+ years of office and administrative experience, and has attended college in Florida and Arizona. Carol enjoys anything artsy and loves the outdoors. She has five grown children and 12 grandchildren.
