PHOENIX, AZ – A traffic accident was reported in the HOV lane on westbound I-10 near 27th Ave Wednesday, according to Arizona DOT.

Emergency crews were called to the scene of the accident around 11:11 a.m.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
