PHOENIX, AZ – According to Arizona DOT, a crash blocked the HOV lane at northbound AZ 51 and McDowell Rd Thursday.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:59 a.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the auto accident.
