News: Troopers investigate deadly motorcycle crash on Loop 202 in Tempe

TEMPE, AZ – The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened on Loop 202 WB near McClintock Dr on Friday, according to CBS 5.

A person was driving a sedan when their tire blew out, causing the driver to crash into a motorcyclist. The motorcyclist and their female passenger were ejected from the bike.

Rescue crews transported the male motorcyclist to an area hospital, where they died. The woman was not injured in the incident.

Following the collision, the sedan driver remained at the scene.
