SURPRISE, AZ – Speeding was a factor that led to a fatal crash with ejection in Surprise on Monday, 12News reports.
Surprise police said the collision happened around 2:30 a.m. near 211th Avenue and Sun Valley Parkway. Police said the driver, who was speeding, lost control of their vehicle and was ejected as a result.
The driver did not wear a seatbelt and died from his injuries.
