WEST PHOENIX, AZ – Several people were injured in a rollover collision on Interstate 10 East near Tolleson on Wednesday, AZFamily reports.
The incident unfolded around 9:30 a.m. when at least two vehicles collided on the interstate, causing one of them to overturn.
The crash occurred near the 91st Avenue exit and warranted a response from law enforcement and emergency medical services. Two fire engine trucks, two police SUVs, and one law enforcement pickup truck were at the scene of the crash.
Officials have not specified the specifics of what led to the collision, but confirmed multiple people sustained minor injuries.
It took officials approximately twenty minutes to move the scene of the multi-vehicle collision onto an HOV lane.
