PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run collision that happened near 40th St and E Southern Ave on Thursday.
The wreck happened around 4:10 a.m.
Rescue crews transported a woman from one of the cars to an area hospital.
One driver fled the scene on foot. It is unclear if authorities have located the suspect.
