PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run collision that happened near 67th Ave and Van Buren St on Jan. 4.
A person driving a silver pickup truck collided with a motorcyclist around 7:45 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The pickup truck driver fled the area and was seen at 67th Ave and Elwood St.
Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the incident to contact Silent Witness.
