News: Police investigate fatal single-vehicle crash in Kingman

KINGMAN, AZ – According to AZ Family, a fatal single-vehicle crash took the lives of two teen girls on Kingman Ave near Rte 66 on April 13.

A 16-year-old male was driving a Dodge sedan with two teen girls and two teen boys when he crashed into two electric poles around 10 p.m. The collision caused the sedan to roll over multiple times and eject the four passengers. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle.

Rescue crews pronounced one girl person dead at the scene. They extricated the driver and transported him and the three passengers to an area hospital, where another girl died.

Authorities believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.
