PHOENIX, AZ – The Phoenix Police Department is investigating a deadly wreck that happened near N 19th Ave and W Greenway Rd on Saturday, according to CBS 5.
Nathaniel Alejandre, 21, was heading north on N 19th Ave when he slammed into a car turning onto 19th N Ave from a private driveway around 10:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Alejandre and the driver and the passenger of the car he hit to an area hospital. Alejandre died at the hospital. The driver and passenger of the vehicle that was hit suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities do not believe impairment played a role in the wreck.
