PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, The Phoenix Police Department is investigating a deadly collision that happened near N 27th Ave and W Camelback Rd on Wednesday.
Rescue crews transported three people to an area hospital. Two people had non-life-threatening injuries and one woman died.
Officials have not released the deceased woman’s name.
