PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that happened near N 19th Ave and Virginia Ave on Monday.
William Davis, 72, was heading north on 19th Ave when he strayed into the southbound lanes and collided with another vehicle around 4:15 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Davis to an area hospital, where he died. The other driver was admitted to a local hospital with minor injuries.
