GLENDALE, AZ – According to AZFamily, the Glendale Police Department is investigating a fatal auto vs. pedestrian collision that occurred near North 57th Avenue and Camelback Road on Saturday.
A driver was heading east on Camelback Road when they hit Johnny Sanchez, 56, as he was crossing the road.
First responders rendered aid to Sanchez before pronouncing him dead at the scene.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
