SURPRISE, AZ – A person’s life was claimed in a motorcycle crash that happened outside Crossroads Town Center on Monday.
The collision occurred in the area of Bell Road and RH Johnson Boulevard. Police told AZ Family that they believe a motorcyclist was possibly traveling at a high rate of speed, when they failed to stop or reduce their speed while approaching a traffic light and crashed their bike.
The motorcyclist died from their injuries at the scene.
Police told drivers to find alternative routes or use caution as crews worked to restore safe road conditions.
