News: Motorcyclist involved in multi-vehicle crash in central Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – Several vehicles, including a motorcycle, were involved in a collision on State Route 51 Tuesday evening in central Phoenix, according to 12 News.

The accident happened on the northbound lanes of SR-51 between Highland Avenue and Indian School Road, in the area of Camelback Colonnades. It was first reported shortly before 7:13 p.m.

Details remain limited, but the Arizona Department of Public Safety said a section of the northbound highway was closed during the emergency response.

By 8:23 p.m., over an hour later, the scene had reopened to traffic.
