PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, a driver fatally collided with a motorcyclist at W Indian School Road and N 19th Avenue on Thursday.
A driver turned left when they hit Ulisses Torres, 33, as he was riding through a green light on 19th Ave around 10 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Torres to an area hospital, where he died.
The driver remained at the scene following the collision. Authorities determined they were not impaired.
