PHOENIX, AZ – A man suffered life-threatening injuries in a West Valley rear-end collision early Monday morning, AZFamily reports.
According to authorities, the accident occurred near the intersection of 55th Avenue and Camelback Road just after midnight. A service truck was reportedly parked on the side of Camelback Road when a Toyota collided with the back of it.
The 21-year-old driver of the Toyota suffered serious injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition.
