PHOENIX, AZ – A man died in a single-vehicle collision near N 16th St and E Missouri Ave on Thursday, according to CBS 5.
Mark Miller, 61, collided with a cement irrigation outlet around 7:15 a.m.
Rescue crews transported Miller to an area hospital, where he died.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
