PHOENIX, AZ – A hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a female pedestrian near N 29th Ave and W Hazelwood St on Wednesday, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit Cheryl Lowe, 60, as she crossed the street before fleeing the scene.
Rescue crews pronounced Lowe dead at the scene.
