PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a bicyclist near S 16th St and E Buckeye Rd on Saturday.
The driver of a light-colored truck was heading north on 16th St when they hit the victim and did not stop.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where they died.
Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the crash to contact them.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
