PHOENIX, AZ – A pedestrian lost their life after getting struck by a hit-and-run driver in the Stardust Skies area on Sunday, ABC15 said.
The pedestrian was run over by a vehicle near 27th and Northern Avenue. The crash happened before 8:45 p.m. and the vehicle driver fled the scene prior to first responders’ arrival.
Emergency crews found the man in serious condition and rushed him to a hospital where he later died.
Officials have not disclosed the victim’s identity nor described what the suspect’s vehicle looked like.
