PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fled the scene after hitting a male pedestrian near N 26th Ave and Bell Rd on Tuesday, according to AZ Family.
The driver struck the victim and a water main around 9 a.m. They then left the area.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident. They have not released a description of the driver or their vehicle.
