PEORIA, AZ – A hit-and-run driver struck and injured a motorcyclist on Northern Ave near AZ 101 Lp on Wednesday, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit the motorcyclist around 8:15 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities located the suspect near 91st Ave and Olive Ave. They arrested the male driver. Impairment may have played a role in the collision.
