PHOENIX, AZ – A hit-and-run driver struck an 11-year-old girl near S Desert Foothills Pkwy and E Chandler Blvd on April 3, according to 12 News.
A person driving a dark four-door sedan with out-of-state license plates ran a red light and hit the victim inside a crosswalk around 2:45 p.m.
