APACHE JUNCTION, AZ – According to CBS 5, a grand jury indicted a man for a fatal collision that happened near US 60 and Mountain View Rd on Jan. 20.
Adam Parker, 37, was driving a Ford F-150 west in the eastbound lanes of US 60 when he hit a Toyota SUV head-on driven by Elizabeth McAloon, 28, around 9:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Parker, McAloon, and McAloon’s 7-year-old daughter to an area hospital, where McAloon died. The daughter was treated for a neck injury, a broken arm, and cuts.
Preliminary tests showed Parker had a BAC of .263.
Parker was indicted for murder and aggravated assault.
