PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, a woman died in a two-vehicle crash near 7th Ave and Baseline Rd on Sunday.
A driver was heading east on Baseline Rd when they collided with a westbound vehicle turning south onto a private driveway around 10:45 a.m.
Rescue crews transported three people to an area hospital, where Samantha Starling, 27, died. One driver was treated at the scene.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
