PHOENIX, AZ – Emergency crews are currently responding to the scene of a crash at State Route 51 South and Highland Avenue.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, crews arrived at the scene before 5:45 a.m. At this time, the crash is blocking an HOV lane.
