QUEEN CREEK, AZ – According to AZFamily, police are investigating an e-bike collision in Mansel Park that occurred on April 30.
A driver struck a 13-year-old boy riding an e-bike at Mansel Park, near South Sossaman Road and Ocotillo Road, around 5 p.m.
First responders transported the boy to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.
Police do not believe speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
