PHOENIX, AZ – A driver died after crashing into a pole near Southern Ave and 27th Ave on Monday, according to CBS 5.
The driver slammed into the pole around 8 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities closed off the area to investigate the incident.
