PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, a driver struck and killed a male pedestrian near N 32nd St and E Oak St on Friday.
The driver hit the victim around 1 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where he died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
