PHOENIX, AZ – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian at N 43rd Ave and Bell Rd on Thursday, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit the victim around 1:30 p.m.
First responders arrived and found a man lying in the road. They pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
