PHOENIX, AZ – A driver died following a two-vehicle collision near N 18th St and E Northern Ave on April 20, according to AZ Family.
Jason Macedo Santana and another driver were heading east on E Northern Ave when they struck each other and rolled over around 10:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported both drivers to an area hospital, where Santana died.
Authorities believe the two drivers may have been involved in a street race and speed played a role in the crash.
