PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, an SUV driver allegedly collided with a woman and her child near N 40th Avenue and W Encanto Boulevard on Tuesday.
Priscilla Randall, 39, is accused of hitting a woman pushing a stroller around 8 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the woman and child to an area hospital. The child has life-threatening injuries.
Following the collision, Randall remained at the scene. She was evaluated for impairment.
Authorities charged Randal with one count of assault. She was booked into the Maricopa County Jail.
