PHOENIX, AZ – An automobile accident blocked the HOV lane on northbound I-17 near Dunlap Ave Tuesday, according to Arizona DOT.

The incident was reported to authorities around 6:52 a.m.
It is unclear whether or not anyone was hurt in the crash.
