PHOENIX, AZ – A morning collision on the westbound side of I-10 near 16th Street blocked the right two lanes Thursday in Phoenix, reports Arizona DOT.

The crash happened several blocks south of Phoenix Children’s Hospital around 6:53 a.m., and crews worked to clear the scene and re-open all lanes by around 7:41 a.m.
