PHOENIX, AZ – A collision on the westbound side of the interstate near 16th Street blocked the center lanes of traffic late Friday afternoon, reports Arizona DOT.

The crash happened just before 4:43 p.m., and crews worked quickly to clear the scene and re-open all lanes by around 4:54 p.m.
