PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, a driver fatally collided with a tree near S 30th St and W Southern Ave on Feb. 2.
Juan Partida, 19, was driving west on Southern Ave when hit struck the tree around 9 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Partida dead at the scene of the accident.
Authorities believe speed may have played a role in the collision.
